Question 1. Can I order a fireplace with my own size ?

Answer: Yes,custom design is OK,the mantels can be processed according to the buyer’s requirements about dimensions, if the sizes are bigger than the displayed ones in the web pages,the prices will have to be adjusted accordingly.

Question 2. What is CIF term?

Answer: CIF is a term of price about foreign trade. CIF = Cost (i.e. factory price) + Insurance + Freight,in which the freight refers to the shipping cost from the manufacturer to the destination seaport or airport near the buyer’s address. E.g.,CIF New York means the goods is to be shipped to New York port,the price is including the cost of the product itself,the insurance fee and the freight to New York port.

Question 3. What charges does the buyer need to undertake on CIF term?

Answer: On CIF term, as the importers, the buyers need to have the customs clearance done and undertake the customs charges including duty or tax and destination port charges (i.e. local charges,generally 200$~600$,depends on different ports) when the goods arrives in the destination port, and then have the goods picked up from the port after paying the above charges.As to the actual amount of the charges,the buyers can inquire a local customs broker or shipping agent.

Question 4. Is shipping to my house available?

Answer: Yes it is.Door-to-door shipping service is generally applicable,the cost of shipping depends on the detailed address of delivery,the total cost is more than CIF charges.  ­­­­­­
